Records Management

MAFUNYANE TECHNOLOGIES have developed a number of fully fledged Electronic Records Management Systems. These systems allows for the creation of electronic file plans which forms the basis on which files are stored. You can create customised document properties to record meta data of documents which allows for advanced search parameters to retrieve documents. Human Settlements Development Management System

The Human Settlement Development Management System (HSDMS) is a fully integrated Magagement system for the Department of Human Settlements. The System integrates seamlesly with they legacy Housing Subsidy System. The System consists of a number of modules that includes:

  • Business Planing Module to compile their anual Business Plans.
  • Project Management Module to manage their housing and infrastructure projects.
  • Contract Management Module to manage contractor and supplier contracts.
  • Land Tenure module that manage the transfer of title deeds to housing beneficiaries.
  • Financial Management Module to track and process claims form suppliers.

Infofiling Document Management System

The Infofiling Document Management system was developed for Infofile Document Solutions to manage and track documents in their Off-Site Document Storage Facility.

Infoscan

InfoScan is a document imaging solution that enable customers to convert paper documents to electronic format. InfoScan is specifically designed as a bulk scanning solution with advanced indexing features like OCR, Barcode Recognition and Database lookup features. InfoScan exports documents in various formats like pdf, jpeg and tiff and can send documents to disk, database or the cloud.

PMO-HS

The Project Management Office for Human Settlements (PMO-HS) is a fully integrated online Project Management System that is specifically designed to manage housing projects funded by the Department of Human Settlements in South Africa. The System includes the following Features:

  • Contract Management System to keep track of contracts.
  • Project List to keep track of all projects.
  • Beneficiary Lists to manage and track the status of Beneficiary Applications submitted to the Department of Human Sttlements.
  • Issue Management to keep track of the staus of issues
  • Records Management to store documents related to projects electronically.

Firearm License Application System

The Firearm License Application System is built for firearm dealers and agents that assist clients to apply for proficiency certificates and firearm licenses. The system records the personal and contact details of customers as well as the details re the application. A document management module ensures that the all the required documentation are attached to the applications. The system further has a built-in notification module that notifies clients of the progress of their applications. It also notifies clients well in advance of the expiry of licenses to ensure ample time to renew their licenses.
